Tilapia Caramelized Onion

Tilapia Caramelized Onions, Tomatoes and Goat Cheese
4 Tilapia Fillets 1 large Red Onion Sliced thin 1 large Tomato cubed 4 ounces of Goat Cheese crumbled 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire 4 tablespoons of Butter Salt and Pepper to taste
Melt Butter in large frying pan
Add onion and brown
Add the tilapia
Sprinkle the Tilapia with the Worcestershire and salt and pepper
Cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes
Top the Tilapia with tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes or until the fish is no longer translucent (depending on the thickness of the fish)
Remove from pan and plate with caramelized onions, tilapia, tomatoes and top with goat cheese
