Ingredients:

  * 2 lb. flank steak
  * 1/2 cup olive oil (125 milliliters)
  * 1/2 cup white wine (125 milliliters)
  * 4 clove garlic, minced
  * 1 tablespoon ginger, grated (15 milliliters)
  * 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard (30 milliliters)
  * 3 green onions, chopped
  * 2 cups light Japanese soy sauce (500 milliliters)

Directions: Marinated Flank Steak

 1. Place flank steak in a flat shallow dish. In separate bowl

combine soy sauce, olive oil, white wine, minced garlic, minced ginger, Dijon mustard and chopped green onions. Mix and pour over the flank steak. Cover and let it marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to a day.

 2. When ready to prepare, remove flank steak from marinade and

place on a hot grill pan or barbeque. Grill for about 3 or 4 minutes per side (for rare), or up to 5 minutes for medium.
