Roasted red peppers

Ingredients[edit]

   *3-4 Red peppers, use any chilli peppers you like as well
   *olive oil

Directions[edit]

Brush the oil onto the peppers and place them onto a broiler pan. Place about 6 inches under the broiler, turning as necessary until the skin is blackened and the peppers are very soft. Remove to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap. When cool enough to handle core and skin will be easily removable with fingers. Tear flesh into strips and store in olive oil in the friedge if not using immediately.
