Ingredients

Kebobs

   *1 c. (4 oz.) button mushrooms, drained (or use fresh and pre-boil 1 to 2 minutes)
   *1 can pineapple chunks, drained
   *Red and green pepper chunks

Marinade

   *2 tbsp. oil
   *2 tbsp. soy sauce
   *2 tbsp. lemon juice
   *2 tbsp. fresh parsley, snipped
   *1/2 tsp. salt
   *Pepper to taste

Directions

Place chicken and mushrooms in marinade overnight (6 to 12 hours). Turn often, if possible. Alternate on skewers with remaining items. Grill 3 inches from heat 5 to 8 minutes, turning and basting with butter.
