Ingredients

  * 14 oz can unsweetened coconut milk
  * 1/2 cup water
  * 1 cup long-grain rice
  * 1/2 tsp salt
  * 1/4 tsp sugar
  * 1/4 tsp curry powder

Directions

Bring everything to a boil in a medium-size saucepan.

Reduce heat to low, simmer covered until liquid is absorbed.
