Ingredients

   * 4 chicken drumsticks
   * 1 tsp butter
   * 1 cup chicken broth
   * juice from 1 lemon
   * 2 garlic cloves, crushed
   * 1/2 tsp dried thyme
   * pinches of salt, pepper
   * 2 tsp cornstarch
   * 2 tbsp cold water

Directions

Brown drumsticks in butter. Add broth, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 35 min, turning once. Remove drumsticks. Mix water and cornstarch, pour into sauce at high heat, stir until thickened, 3 to 5 min.
