Ingredients[edit]

   * 4 skinless chicken thighs
   * 1 tsp butter
   * 1 onion, diced
   * 1 tsp curry powder
   * 1/4 cup chicken stock
   * 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions[edit]

Brown the thighs in butter about 20 min. Sprinkle onion and curry powder over the chicken and add stock to pan. Cover. Simmer over medium-low heat 20 min. Remove thighs to platter. Boil sauce uncovered until slightly reduced. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Pour over thighs.
