Maple-Mustard Chops

Ingredients
* 4 pork chops * 2 tbsp vegetable oil * 1/4 cup maple syrup * 1 tsp dry mustard
Directions
Cook chops in oil until almost done. Remove to platter.
Drain fat from pan.
Stir syrup and mustard into pan. Return chops to pan, simmer, uncovered until richly glazed, about 2 min per side.
