Ingredients[edit]

  * 4 pork chops
  * 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  * 1/4 cup maple syrup
  * 1 tsp dry mustard

Directions[edit]

Cook chops in oil until almost done. Remove to platter.

Drain fat from pan.

Stir syrup and mustard into pan. Return chops to pan, simmer, uncovered until richly glazed, about 2 min per side.
